We use Talenox in processing our Clients’ payroll.

There are three types of pay structures in Talenox which we use to automatically calculate the payroll: Monthly Payment/Deduction, Ad Hoc Payment/Deduction, and the Hourly/Daily Attendance.

Monthly Payment/Deduction

This structure is for the processing of the recurring monthly payroll. A one time set up of the payroll details is done. Details are reviewed and approved before they are finalized to ensure the accuracy of information.

Any revisions to the details (such as salary increases, new employees, removal of employees from the list, etc.) are done and sent over via the Ad Hoc request process and added before the payroll process is started. Revisions done using this structure are carried over to the succeeding payroll periods.

Ad Hoc Payment/Deduction

This structure is used to enter/add payroll details that are applicable for the current payroll period only. These are reset when a new payroll cycle is started. Client instructions regarding Ad Hoc payments/deductions are sent as Ad Hoc requests.

Examples of this are monthly commissions or ad hoc bonus for the month.

Hourly/Daily Attendance

This structure is used to record the exact hours or days, including overtime, worked for staff who are paid on an hourly or daily basis. Payroll details, such as employee personal details and pay information are entered into Talenox at set-up.

Any revisions to the details (such as salary increases, new employees, removal of employees from the list and others) are done and sent over via the Ad Hoc request process and added before the payroll process is started.

The Payroll Summary is automatically generated once the payroll process is started. This report is sent over to the Client for review and approval before payment is set up. The Payroll Report is password encrypted for privacy and confidentiality purposes.

Talenox is fully integrated with accounting software like Xero so that pay entries can be easily sent and recorded.
