All the approved Payment Listings and Payroll Reports are scheduled and batched under date of payment in Xero. Prior to the date of payment, we send out a notification email to our client’s Authorized Person for payment approval and/or comments.
Only when the client approval is given will we set up the bank payments. Once the bank set up is complete, we again notify the client for the approval of the release of funds.
In order to avoid delays in the release of vendor payments and salary payouts, we send gentle follow-up emails to our clients.
PikoHANA will only arrange payments of the Company’s outstanding bills after the approval from the Authorized Person has been received.
PIKOHANA will not be responsible for the final review or approval of payments; this process shall remain the Company’s responsibility.
